Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced changes in its senior management. Shri Sunil Agrawal will vacate his office on January 31, 2026, due to superannuation. Additionally, Shri Mrityunjay will assume the role of CGM, Zonal Office, Lucknow, effective February 1, 2026, from his previous role as Zonal Manager-GM, Zonal Office, Lucknow.

Retirement of Shri Sunil Agrawal
Shri Sunil Agrawal, Chief General Manager, Sastra Division, Head Office, will be retiring from his position on January 31, 2026, due to superannuation.
Appointment of Shri Mrityunjay
Effective February 1, 2026, Shri Mrityunjay will be appointed as CGM, Zonal Office, Lucknow. Previously, he served as Zonal Manager – GM, Zonal Office, Lucknow.
Shri Mrityunjay brings over 32 years of experience to his new role and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Management degree.
