Leadership Changes at PNG Jewellers
PNG Jewellers has announced the appointment of Mr. Aditya Saurabh Gadgil as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent), effective January 23, 2026. The board approved this decision based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Aditya Saurabh Gadgil is not debarred from holding the office of Director and is not disqualified under the Companies Act, 2013.
Appointment of New CFO
The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Deepak Kumar Vijay as the new Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), effective January 24, 2026. This appointment was approved by both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

The changes in the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized under Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations are effective from January 24, 2026. The authorized KMPs are now:

Mr. Deepak Kumar Vijay has over 18 years of experience across apparel sourcing, retail, manufacturing, and hospitality. He is a Chartered Accountant with executive education from IIM Ahmedabad and has completed CFA Level II.
Mr. Aditya Saurabh Gadgil is an alumnus of Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce and is currently pursuing his BFA in Film/Video from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
Mr. Aditya Gadgil is the son of Mr. Saurabh Gadgil (Managing Director) and Mrs. Radhika Gadgil (Whole-time Director).
