Mr. Balasubramaniam Aiyaswamy, the current Chief People Officer (CPO), will no longer be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective January 19, 2026, coinciding with the new appointment.

Ms. Kamali Rajesh brings over 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa. She has partnered with senior business leaders in engineering, automotive, agritech, IT, and business services. Most recently, she served as Global Head of People & Organisation Development at Syngenta Group. She holds degrees from Madras University and is a certified executive coach.
