GST Demand Details

Reasons for Demand

The demand order cites issues related to Excess Claim of ITC and Under declaration of ineligible ITC.

Petronet LNG believes that the GST demand, including the associated interest and penalties, is not justified based on an assessment of the facts and prevailing law. The company intends to pursue appropriate legal remedies against the order after consulting with its advisors.
