The first key change involves the departure of Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta (DIN: 07570165). Shri Gupta attained superannuation from his role as Chairman & Managing Director of GAIL on February 28, 2026. Consequently, his appointment as the Nominee Director (GAIL) on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited ceased effective March 1, 2026.
Nomination of New Director
In replacement, GAIL has nominated Shri Deepak Gupta (DIN: 09503339), the incoming Chairman & Managing Director of GAIL. Shri Deepak Gupta will take charge as the new Nominee Director of GAIL on the Petronet LNG Limited Board.
