Nilesh Koul brings 28 years of leadership experience across various industries, including Metals, Construction Materials, Oil and Gas, and FMCG. He has previously worked with multinational companies such as Hindalco Industries Limited, British Petroleum, Castrol India Ltd, and Lafarge Holcim, holding roles in strategy, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
