Subsequently, Nilesh Koul has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board has expressed its appreciation for Mr. Roy’s contributions during his tenure.

PCBL Chemical has announced a change in its leadership. Kaushik Roy has resigned from his position as Managing Director of the Company, effective November 3, 2025. His resignation is due to personal reasons. In addition to his role as MD, Mr. Roy also ceases to be the Chairman of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee & CSR Committee and a Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
Appointment of New Managing Director
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Nilesh Koul as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, effective November 3, 2025. This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company through a Special Resolution via Postal Ballot.
Nilesh Koul’s Profile
Nilesh Koul brings 28 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including Metals, Construction Materials, Oil and Gas, and FMCG. He has previously worked with leading multinational companies such as Hindalco Industries Limited, British Petroleum, Castrol India Ltd, and Lafarge Holcim, holding roles in strategy, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
His last role was Senior President, CEO Aluminium Downstream in Hindalco Industries Limited. His experience includes digital transformation and leading P&Ls across international geographies.
