PCBL Investor Update for Q3 FY26

PCBL reported revenue from operations of ₹1,846 Cr and EBITDA of ₹231 Cr for Q3 FY26. During the quarter, domestic carbon black sales volumes grew by 6% YoY. Aquapharm Chemical reported revenue from operations of ₹327 Cr with EBITDA of ₹35 Cr. Trial runs commenced for Super-conductive grades of 1,000 MTPA in Palej, Gujarat.

Financial Highlights

Consolidated revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹1,846 Cr, with an EBITDA of ₹231 Cr. The consolidated PBT for the quarter was reported at ₹10 Cr.

For Q3 FY26, Aquapharm Chemical reported revenue from operations of ₹327 Cr with EBITDA of ₹35 Cr. Sales volume stood at 21,790 MT during the quarter.

Operational Performance

PCBL maintained high capacity utilization despite a challenging environment. Domestic carbon black sales volumes grew by 6% YoY, driven by higher domestic consumption and rising exports of tyres. Co-gen Power Generation increased by 28% YoY during the quarter.

Working capital cycle improved by 12 days in 9M FY26, releasing approximately ₹400 crore of cash. Overall cash generation remains healthy, with a net debt reduction of approximately ₹400 crore since March 2025.

Expansion and Projects

Brownfield expansion of 60 KTPA Rubber line in Tamil Nadu has been commissioned. The total capacity now stands at 850 KT. Nanovace’s pilot plant project of 80 tons is expected to be live by the end of March ’26. Trial runs have commenced for Super-conductive grades of 1,000 MTPA in Palej, Gujarat.

Other Key Developments

Conversion of 1.6 cr warrants into equity shares totaling ₹448 crore was completed during the quarter, strengthening the capital base. This includes ₹112 crores upfront and ₹336 crores in Q3 FY26.
