Operating Revenue: Reached ₹1,614 Cr, up 38% YoY.

Adjusted EBITDA: Grew 180% YoY to ₹156 Cr, with margins improving from 5% to 10%.

PAT: Increased by 165% to ₹135 Cr, representing 1.77% of insurance premium.

Insurance Premium Annualized: Stood at ₹30,420 Cr, a 40% YoY increase.

Segment Performance

Core Online Insurance Premium: Increased by 34%.

New Protection Premium (Health + Term Insurance): Increased by 44%.

Renewal/Trail Revenue: A 39% growth, driven by a 47% increase in the insurance segment. Reached an ARR of ₹758 Cr, up from ₹516 Cr in Q2 of the previous year.

Strategic Initiatives

PB Partners: Saw accelerated growth, with premium growth of 56%. The platform has consolidated its leadership with over 380k advisors across 19k pin codes in India.

UAE Insurance Premium: Grew 64% YoY, aligning more towards health and life insurance products. This business is now consistently profitable for three quarters.

Revenue: Grew at a CAGR of 55%, from ₹280 Cr in Q2 FY22 to ₹1,614 Cr in Q2 FY26.

PAT Margin: Improved from -73% in Q2 FY22 to 8% in Q2 FY26.
