M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP confirmed that there are no other material reasons for their resignation beyond those stated in their resignation letter. Prior to resigning, the firm issued an audit report dated May 15, 2025 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, and a limited review report dated October 31, 2025, for the quarter ending September 30, 2025 (Q2).
