The contract, awarded by M/s Swashakthi Energy, is for the execution of 7.46 MWp Grid Connected Rooftop Solar (RTS) Plants.
The total commercial consideration for the order is approximately Rs. 39.40 Crore, inclusive of GST. The entity awarding the order, M/s Swashakthi Energy, secured the project through the New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. (NREDCAP) under the PM – Surya Ghar: Mufti Bijli Yojana.
Scope and Strategic Importance
The comprehensive scope of work for Oswal Solar Energy includes the Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the total 7.46 MWp capacity. Crucially, the contract also includes a five-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for Operation & Maintenance (O&M).
These systems are slated for installation across 3,729 SC & ST Consumers in the Pulivendula and Puttaparthy divisions under APSPDCL in Andhra Pradesh.
The contract period associated with the order is up to five years from the date of installation and commissioning of the rooftop systems.
