Standalone Performance

  • Operating Revenue: Grew by 39.72% to ₹20,295 lakhs (from ₹14,525 lakhs in Q3 FY25).
  • EBITDA saw a marginal dip of 1.44% to ₹598 lakhs.
  • PAT grew slightly by 0.08% to ₹507 lakhs.
  • EBITDA Margin compressed from 5.50% to 2.90%.

Consolidated Performance

The consolidated results showed a decline across key metrics:

  • Operating Revenue: Declined by 8.80% to ₹43,001 lakhs (from ₹47,150 lakhs in Q3 FY25).
  • EBITDA: Declined by 0.31% to ₹3,317 lakhs.
  • PAT declined by 0.97% to ₹1,223 lakhs (from ₹1,678 lakhs in Q3 FY25).
  • EPS (diluted) reduced from 1.75 to 1.36.

The company noted that overall performance remained solid with margin expansion and profitability growth across both segments, driven by disciplined cost management.

Q3 Operational Milestones and Market Diversification

The quarter was characterized by aggressive expansion into new high-growth technology segments.

7 Major Partnership Wins

Optiemus secured 7 major partnership wins, diversifying its business portfolio. Key wins included partnerships with PhonePe, Mosambee (Pine Labs), Accton, AI+ EMS, Realme PowerBanks, and securing deals for IoT modules.

Expansion into Fintech Hardware

The company achieved a significant Fintech Milestone by securing a major Soundbox order via competitive bidding from PhonePe, India’s top digital payments player (with ~48% market share). Furthermore, the partnership with Mosambee (Pine Labs) will deploy POS devices across major banks, including the State Bank of India (SBI).

Entry into Telecom Networking

Optiemus announced its entry into high-value telecom networking by partnering with Accton, a premier telecom ODM. This resulted in securing an order for Access Points, positioning the company in advanced electronics.

Product & Manufacturing Expansion

Strategic initiatives expanded product categories:

  1. IoT Module Manufacturing: Pioneering high-growth cellular IoT, with a go-live date set for April 2026, strengthening leadership in telecom and IoT.

Glass Segment Inauguration

The company inaugurated India’s First Cover-Glass Finishing Facility in partnership with Corning on December 5, 2025, inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Trial production is set to begin in April 2026. The company also showcased its RhinoTech screen protectors (Engineered by Corning) at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, marking India’s evolution towards global manufacturing leadership in the sector.
