Olectra Greentech’s board has approved key decisions including the re-appointment of Mrs. Chintalapudi Laksmi Kumari as an Independent Director for five more years, starting January 9, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Mahesh Babu Subramanian has been appointed as an Additional Director and, subject to shareholder approval, as Managing Director effective September 27, 2025. Several board committees have also been reconstituted.
Directorate Changes
The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Chintalapudi Laksmi Kumari as an Independent Director for another five years. This term will commence on January 9, 2026. Her extensive experience in law, spanning over 38 years, continues to be an asset to the company.
Mr. Mahesh Babu Subramanian has been appointed as an Additional Director, effective September 27, 2025. The Board has also approved his appointment as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval, also effective September 27, 2025, for a term of three years. Mr. Subramanian has more than 30 years of experience in the mobility sector.
