Hyperservice Open Platform Launch

Ola Electric announced on October 27, 2025, the expansion of Hyperservice into an open platform. This initiative aims to transform the electric vehicle (EV) servicing landscape in India. For the first time, Ola’s genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules will be accessible not only to existing customers but also to a wider network of independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators throughout the country.

Direct Purchase of Spare Parts

Starting October 27, 2025, customers can directly purchase Ola Electric’s genuine spare parts through the Ola Electric Customer App and website. This allows all customers and garages access to high-quality, certified components without intermediaries. This marks a new era of service freedom for Ola customers.

Hyperservice Expansion Details

In the initial phase, key spare parts will be available on the Ola Electric Customer App and website. Subsequent phases will extend access to diagnostic tools and technician certification programs, making the ecosystem fully open and accessible during the current quarter.

Benefits of Hyperservice

According to Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Ola Electric, this initiative provides genuine parts, full transparency, and eliminates middlemen. This open platform is expected to strengthen the company’s unit economics, expand its high-margin parts and accessories vertical, and drive higher volumes through its supply chain. By directly connecting customers, mechanics, and Ola’s supply chain, Hyperservice aims to deliver convenience, affordability, and trust.

Opportunities for Mechanics

The Hyperservice initiative also creates opportunities for India’s garage ecosystem. Mechanics can self-train on Ola vehicles, become Ola-certified, and upskill on EV technologies. This initiative is expected to unlock new income streams and create thousands of skilled EV technicians nationwide.

Ola’s India Inside Strategy

This launch forms a key pillar of Ola’s broader India Inside strategy. Ola is focused on building open, scalable, and domestically integrated platforms across batteries, software, and after-sales and service infrastructure.
