Oil India Limited (OIL) has formally notified exchanges regarding a change in its Board composition. Effective March 28, 2026, three sitting Independent Directors have completed their tenure and consequently ceased to hold their positions on the Board of Directors.

Ms. Pooja Suri, who also served as an Independent Director on the Board of Numaligarh Refinery Limited, has concurrently ceased her appointment there, as that position was co-terminus with her tenure at the main OIL Board.
