ONGC has announced key changes to its leadership with the appointment of two new Executive Directors, effective January 23, 2026.
Jagdamba Prasad G Dobriyal
Jagdamba Prasad G Dobriyal has been appointed as an Executive Director. He holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Baroda and an MBA from IGNOU. With a career spanning 35 years, he has served as a Geologist in Dehradun and has held positions in Mumbai, Nazira, Chennai, and Kakinada.
Ravinder Singh Negi
Ravinder Singh Negi has also been appointed as an Executive Director. He is an engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Baroda, with an MBA in Finance from South Gujarat University and a Ph.D. in Management from IGNOU. He brings 36 years of experience, having served as AEE(Production) in Hazira and held positions in Hazira, Dehradun, Agartala, Ahmedabad, Karaikal, Chennai, and Mumbai.
