NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has declared the commercial operation of a portion of its wind project located in Bhuj, Gujarat. This segment, with a capacity of 9.9 MW, is part of a larger 92.4 MW (Wind) project. The official declaration of commercial operation took effect on October 25, 2025.
Project Details
The 9.9 MW capacity is a component of the 92.4 MW (Wind) project owned by Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd. It is part of a joint venture named ONGC NTPC Green Private.
Impact on Total Capacity
With the addition of this 9.9 MW capacity, the total installed capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited Group has increased. The group’s installed capacity now stands at 7563.575 MW, up from 7553.675 MW.
