Solar Project Commences Operations
NTPC Green Energy Limited has declared the commercial operation of a 12.5 MW solar capacity project in Bhuj, Gujarat, effective October 17, 2025. This project is part of a larger 37.5 MW capacity initiative.
Partnership and Project Details
The solar project is undertaken in partnership with Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd. ONGC NTPC Green Private is a joint venture in this endeavor.
Capacity Expansion
With the addition of this 12.5 MW capacity, the total installed capacity of NTPC Green Energy Limited Group now stands at 7419.975 MW. The existing commercial capacity was previously at 7407.475 MW.
