NMDC Limited announces the fixed prices for iron ore, effective January 9, 2026. Baila Lump (65.5%, 10-40 mm) is priced at ₹4,600 per ton, while Baila Fines (64%, -10 mm) are set at ₹3,900 per ton. These prices exclude Royalty, DMF, NMEDT, Cess, Forest Permit Fee, transit fee, GST, environmental Cess, and other taxes.

New Pricing Details

The following prices have been fixed by NMDC:

Baila Lump (65.5%, 10-40 mm): ₹4,600/- Per Ton

Baila Fines (64%, -10 mm): ₹3,900/- Per Ton

It’s important to note that the listed prices are FOR (Free on Rail) prices. This means that the prices do not include additional charges. These prices are exclusive of several additional levies, including: Royalty, DMF (District Mineral Fund), NMEDT (National Mineral Exploration Trust), Cess, Forest Permit Fee, transit fee, GST (Goods and Services Tax), environmental Cess, and other applicable taxes.
