NLC India Receives Acceptance Letter for 110 MW Solar Project from NCRTC

NLC India Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance from National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC) for setting up a 110 MW (AC) Grid Connected Solar PV Power Project in Uttar Pradesh. The project will operate under Captive Mode. This agreement underscores NLC India’s commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio and contributing to sustainable power solutions.

Solar Project Awarded

NLC India Limited has been awarded a project to set up a 110 MW (AC) Grid Connected Solar PV Power Project. The Letter of Acceptance was received from the National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC) on December 14, 2025.

Project Details

The solar project will be located in Uttar Pradesh and will operate under Captive Mode. The power generated will be supplied to NCRTC under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a period of 25 years. The project’s Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) is set within 24 months from the effective date of the PPA.
