The disclosure also provided an updated statement detailing the shareholding of the Promoter Group, which includes Nivee Holdings Private Limited and various associated individuals and entities classified as Persons Acting in Concert (PAC).
The collective shareholding of the Promoter/PAC group before the acquisition stood at 13,90,68,353 shares (41.35%). Post-acquisition, the total collective shareholding increased slightly to 13,90,72,353 shares, which still represents 41.35% of the total shares of the Company.
Notably, Nivee Holdings Private Limited’s direct holding increased from 8,623,250 shares (2.56%) to 8,627,250 shares (2.56%). Other major members of the PAC group, such as Sujala Investments Private Limited, maintained their relative percentage stakes throughout the reported transaction date of March 28, 2026.
