Operational Updates
The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has notified the Tariff Regulations for the period April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029. Petitions for truing up of tariff for the period 2019-24 and for fixation of tariff for the period 2024-29 have been filed with the Commission.
The Company commissioned 214.28 MW out of total 300 MW Karnisar Solar Power Project, Bikaner. Remaining capacity of 85.72 MW has been commissioned in the month of October 2025.
The Board of Directors approved the proposal to initiate the process of merger of Jalpower Corporation Limited (JPCL) (a wholly owned subsidiary) with the Company.
