Mr. Sucheth Rao Davuluri will be re-designated as Executive Vice Chairman, focusing on long-term strategy. Sucheth Rao Davuluri’s New Role
Mr. Sucheth Rao Davuluri, currently serving as Vice Chairman & CEO, will be re-designated as Executive Vice Chairman. In this capacity, he will concentrate on strategic areas, including:
- Long-term planning
- Enterprise risk management
- Stakeholder management
- Internal audit oversight
- CSR/philanthropic initiatives through Neuland Foundation
Previously, Mr. Sucheth Rao Davuluri played a crucial role in developing Neuland into a quality-focused API company, expanding from generic APIs to specialty APIs and CDMO services.
Saharsh Rao Davuluri to Lead Operations
Mr. Saharsh Rao Davuluri, currently Vice Chairman & Managing Director, will be re-designated as CEO & Managing Director. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations, utilizing his experience in building the CMS business.
Mr. Saharsh Rao has been instrumental in elevating Neuland to a well-regarded CDMO. This change will enable the organization to better meet its commitments and maintain customer trust.
Transition and Reporting Structure
A transition period will commence immediately and continue until March 31, 2026, to ensure a seamless transfer of operational responsibilities. After this period, the changes will be considered complete, subject to shareholder approval.
