Netweb Technologies issued a general update clarifying its strategic collaboration with Vertiv Holdings Co., announced via a press release on February 26, 2026. While Netweb’s internal assessment did not classify the collaboration as a mandatory material event, the disclosure was made to ensure transparency and avoid market speculation. The partnership focuses on jointly engineering and validating Netweb’s GPU compute platforms with Vertiv’s integrated liquid-cooled, end-to-end AI data center solutions for the Indian market.
Clarification on Vertiv Strategic Collaboration
Netweb Technologies India Limited issued this update in reference to a press release from Vertiv Holdings Co. dated February 26, 2026, which announced a strategic collaboration between the two entities. Netweb confirmed that based on the Company’s internal assessment of materiality, the event did not strictly qualify as a mandatory disclosure requirement under prevailing regulations at this stage.
However, to uphold principles of good corporate governance and maintain transparency in the market, the Company chose to submit this update to the stock exchanges following the public announcement by Vertiv.
Partnership Focus: Advanced AI Infrastructure
The collaboration centers on jointly engineering and validating Netweb’s proprietary, high-end GPU compute platforms with Vertiv’s expertise in critical digital infrastructure, specifically focusing on liquid cooling and power solutions.
Vertiv’s solutions, including coolant distribution units, free cooling chillers, busways, and UPS systems, will integrate with Netweb’s rack-scale solutions. This integration is designed to manage the extreme thermal densities driven by high-performance accelerators used in AI workloads.
Shrirang Deshpande of Vertiv India stated that the combination of Vertiv’s global expertise and Netweb’s indigenous Netweb Tyrone platforms enables scalable, future-ready AI infrastructure engineered and manufactured in India for both domestic and global markets.
Design and Manufacturing Alignment
The collaboration leverages the fact that both Vertiv and Netweb operate design, engineering, and manufacturing facilities in India, supporting the ‘Make in India’ initiative and reinforcing the country’s role as a global hub for AI infrastructure.
Hirdey Vikram, Senior Vice President at Netweb Technologies, highlighted that the OEM-level collaboration allows joint work on complex cooling technologies, including Direct to Chip (DTC) cooling, right from the conceptualization stage. This will support the design and manufacture of GPU systems capable of handling IT loads exceeding 200KW per rack unit.
Commitment to Efficiency and Sustainability
A core focus of the partnership is Environmental Responsibility. Vertiv’s liquid cooling solutions are designed to significantly improve energy efficiency and reduce water usage compared to conventional air-cooled or traditional water-cooled technologies. The integrated solutions aim to enhance overall data center operational efficiency, optimized power utilization, and scalable architectures for large-scale AI deployments.
This effort underscores both companies’ commitment to delivering resilient, efficient, and reliable AI infrastructure for the next phase of digital growth.
