Nestlé India has announced key changes in its senior management team, effective throughout 2026. These include the retirement of Mr. Satish Srinivasan, the appointment of Mr. Jagdeep Singh Marahar as his successor, and Ms. Svetlana Boldina‘s transition to a new role within a Nestlé affiliate. Ms. Nitu Bhushan will also assume the role of Head – Human Resources. The changes reflect a strategic realignment of leadership within the company.
Directorate Changes
Ms. Svetlana Boldina, Executive Director – Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer, will transition to a new role within a Nestlé affiliate, effective January 31, 2026.
After a distinguished 32-year career with Nestlé, Mr. Satish Srinivasan, Executive Director – Technical, will retire on May 31, 2026.
New Appointments
Mr. Jagdeep Singh Marahar will succeed Mr. Satish Srinivasan as Whole-time Director of the Company from June 1, 2026. Prior to this, from May 1, 2026, he will take the role of Head – Technical (Senior Management Personnel).
Human Resources Leadership
Ms. Nitu Bhushan is set to become Head – Human Resources (Senior Management Personnel), effective from March 2, 2026. Before joining Nestlé, Ms. Bhushan was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Pernod Ricard India for South Asia.
