Nestlé India has announced the nomination of Mr. Mandeep Chhatwal as a non-executive director, effective from January 1, 2026, subject to approvals. Mr. Chhatwal, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Zone Asia, Oceania & Africa (AOA) at Nestlé’s global headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. This nomination will be placed before the Board of Directors for consideration.

Nestlé India has nominated Mr. Mandeep Chhatwal to the position of non-executive director. The appointment is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026, pending necessary approvals.
About Mandeep Chhatwal
Mr. Chhatwal brings a wealth of experience to the role, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad. He is described as a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience in the finance sector, including senior management and leadership positions.
His career began at Nestlé India in 1989. Prior to his nomination, Mr. Chhatwal served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Zone Asia, Oceania & Africa (AOA), based at Nestlé’s global headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. His previous positions include CFO of Nestlé Sri Lanka, Global Head of Financial Services, Head of Corporate Finance & Deputy Treasurer, and CFO of Nestlé Philippines. Since 2021, he has overseen finance functions across 112 countries.
