Project Details
The work orders include two main projects:
Residential Construction for NHPC
This project involves the construction of residential rooms above Block-II & III at the Regional Office of NHPC in Narwal, Jammu. It also includes partially dismantling the existing ground floor based on requirements. The approximate value of this project is ₹6.39 Crore (excluding GST). NHPC Limited is the client for this work.
Renovation and Construction in Odisha Universities
The second project involves construction and renovation work across five State Public Universities under the GSU of PM-USHA in Odisha. The Higher Education Department of the Government of Odisha is the client. The approximate value of this project is ₹56.23 Crore (excluding GST).
Additional Project Information
These projects are domestic in nature. The NHPC project involves the construction of residential rooms and partial dismantling. The Odisha project focuses on construction and renovation in state universities.
