The secured projects are in line with the company’s ordinary course of business and will contribute to revenue generation in the coming periods.
New Project Acquisitions
NBCC (India) Limited has recently been awarded several new work orders amounting to approximately ₹220.31 crore. The projects span across various sectors, showcasing the company’s diverse capabilities in construction and project management. These new acquisitions will be executed as part of NBCC’s normal course of business.
Key Project Details
The new work orders include:
- Canara Bank Head Office Annex Building: Planning, designing, and execution of a head office annex building for Canara Bank in Bengaluru. The project is valued at ₹163.12 crore.
- Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti – Boys Dormitory: Construction of a 100-unit boys dormitory with four warden residences at JVN: Jalna (Maharashtra). This project is valued at ₹9.01 crore.
- Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti – Permanent Campus: Construction of a permanent campus at JNV: Medchal, Malkajgiri (Telangana), with a value of ₹48.18 crore.
These projects are domestic and will be handled through Project Management Consultancy.
