Navin Fluorine Dividend, Capacity Expansion, and Multi-Purpose Plant Investment

Navin Fluorine International has announced an interim dividend of ₹6.50 per share. The board has approved a capital expenditure of ₹236.50 Crores for additional HFC capacity up to 15K MTPA and a ₹75 Crores investment for debottlenecking the Multi-Purpose Plant. November 7, 2025, is the record date for the dividend, which will be paid on or after November 27, 2025.

Interim Dividend Declared

The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share (face value of ₹2 each), amounting to 325% of the face value, for the financial year 2025-2026. The record date for determining eligibility for the dividend is set for November 7, 2025, with payment scheduled on or after November 27, 2025.

Capacity Expansion Approved

A capital expenditure of ₹236.50 Crores has been approved for setting up additional HFC capacity up to 15K MTPA (R32 equivalent quantity) at the Surat unit. This expansion aims to cater to the growing demand from both domestic and export markets, slated for completion by Q3 of FY27.

Investment in Multi-Purpose Plant

The Board has also approved funding of ₹75 Crores for debottlenecking the Multi-Purpose Plant facility at Dahej, undertaken to accomodate an additional product. The investment is to be undertaken by the Company’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited, with completion slated for Q3 of FY27. This will expand the product basket and strengthen relationships with a global innovator.

Financial Performance Highlights

The Board approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Q2 FY26 and the first half of FY26, ended September 30, 2025. Key figures from the consolidated results include:

  • Total Revenue: ₹776.63 Crores for Q2 FY26
  • Profit after tax: ₹148.37 Crores for Q2 FY26
  • Total Revenue: ₹1,515.94 Crores for H1 FY26
  • Profit after tax: ₹265.54 Crores for H1 FY26
