- Operational revenue grew by 2.8% QoQ, with the MEL power plant operating at a PLF of 96.6% compared to 80.4% in Q2.
- The Indian Energy business experienced a revenue decline due to planned shutdowns, lower demand, and tariffs.
- The Mining division’s revenue increased by 16.6% QoQ due to increased sales quantity.
- The cost of materials decreased due to a reduction in input prices.

Business Segment Update – Ferro Alloys
- Silico Manganese production increased by 5.6% QoQ to 33,537 tons. Sales decreased slightly by -1.4% QoQ to 31,648 tons.
- Ferro Silicon production ceased during the quarter.
- Si Mn sales quantity increased YoY by 82.3% with higher domestic sales.
Business Segment Update – Energy (India)
- Total Power Units Sold: 432 Mn kWh, a decrease of -17.6% QoQ.
- Average PLF (Plant Load Factor): 54.0%.
- Energy division underwent planned shutdowns at Telangana works.
Business Segment Update – MEL Zambia
- Average PLF: 96.6% compared to 80.4% in the previous quarter.
- Power Units Sold: 577 Mn kWh.
- Total Revenue: $72.4 Mn.
