Leadership Changes at Nava Global Pte. Limited (NGPL)
Ashwin Devineni has resigned from his position as Managing Director of NGPL but will continue as a director. He will assume the role of Vice-Chairman of NGPL, effective November 8, 2025. The Board approved this re-designation, recognizing his strategic oversight of the group and downstream overseas investments for the remainder of his term up to March 31, 2029. His remuneration and commission on profits remain as previously approved, subject to shareholder approval.

Profit before tax for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2025 was ₹780.11 Crores compared to ₹892.54 Crores for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2024.
Net Profit attributable to Shareholders of the Holding Company for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2025 was ₹437.53 Crores, up from ₹606.74 Crores in H1 (Apr-Sep) 2024.

Revenue from Operations for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2025 was ₹969.40 Crores compared to ₹848.47 Crores for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2024.
Profit before tax for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2025 was ₹353.85 Crores compared to ₹340.23 Crores for H1 (Apr-Sep) 2024.
