The completion of this acquisition follows the fulfillment of all conditions outlined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). With this acquisition, 60,001 equity shares have been transferred to Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd.

Narayana Hrudayalaya has successfully completed the acquisition of Practice Plus Group Hospitals Limited in the United Kingdom. All necessary conditions under the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) have been met. The company has also fulfilled the payment obligations to the seller.
Equity Share Transfer
As part of the completed acquisition, 60,001 equity shares, representing 100% of the paid-up share capital of Practice Plus Group Hospitals Limited, have been transferred to Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd. The shares have a face value of GBP 0.02 each.
