NALCO Interim Dividend Declared Alongside Q3 2026 Results

NALCO has announced its Q3 2026 results, alongside a ₹4.50 per share interim dividend. The company’s Q3 profit before tax stood at ₹2,131.64 crore. For the nine months ending December 31, 2025, the profit before tax reached ₹5,456.14 crore. The dividend record date is set for February 6, 2026, with payment to be completed by March 1, 2026.

Q3 2026 Financial Performance

NALCO has released its unaudited financial results for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company reported a profit before tax of ₹2,131.64 crore for the quarter. The total income for Q3 reached ₹4,925.01 crore. For the nine months period, the profit before tax was ₹5,456.14 crore, and the total income amounted to ₹13,299.27 crore.

Interim Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has approved a second interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share (90% on the face value of ₹5 each) for the financial year 2025-26. The total payout for this dividend amounts to ₹826.48 crore. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is February 6, 2026. The dividend payment will be completed on or before March 1, 2026, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members.

Segment-Wise Performance (Standalone)

The Chemicals segment saw a profit before tax, exceptional items and interest of ₹512.94 crore for Q3 2026, while the Aluminium segment reported ₹623.68 crore. Total profit before tax was ₹2,131.64 crore. The Aluminium segment’s revenue was ₹3,461.50 crore, and Chemical’s was ₹1,656.78 crore.

Consolidated Financial Highlights

On a consolidated basis, NALCO’s profit before tax stood at ₹2,125.77 crore. Total income reached ₹4,925.01 crore for the quarter. For the nine-month period, the company’s total comprehensive income was ₹4,090.51 crore. The Board also stated non-recognition of revenues from its two wind power plants.
