Minda Corporation reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of INR 1,560 crore in Q3 FY26, representing a growth of 25.0% YoY. The 9M FY26 revenue growth stood at 20.0% YoY.
The company’s EBITDA margin for Q3 FY26 was 11.8%, a growth of 30 Bps YoY. The 9M EBITDA margin grew to 11.6%, an increase of 26 Bps YoY.
The total lifetime order book reached INR 2,000 crores with multiple new orders in the quarter, and exceeded INR 7,000 Crores across products and verticals for the nine-month period.
Minda Corporation secured multiple platform-level instrument cluster orders from leading OEMs and filed 4 new patents during Q3 FY26, bringing the total patents filed to over 320. There were 16 new patents filed, taking the total patents filed to 320+. A new strategic partnership with Toyodenso will offer advanced switches across all vehicle segments.
Financial Highlights
Revenue increased by 25% YoY in Q3 FY26, reaching INR 1,560 crore. EBITDA for the quarter was INR 184 crore with a margin of 11.8%. PAT increased to INR 88 crore.
For the nine-month period, revenue grew by 20% YoY, reaching INR 4,482 crore. EBITDA was INR 518 crore with a margin of 11.6%, and PAT was INR 238 crore.
Business Segment Performance
The Mechatronics, Aftermarket, and Others segment saw a 17% YoY increase, reaching INR 710. The Information & Connected Systems segment grew by 32% YoY, achieving INR 850 for the quarter.
Strategic Priorities
The company is focused on investment in existing business, new product launches, new market export focus, premiumization of existing products, and investment in R&D.
