The company’s record total sales reached 667,769 units, including exports. Net sales for the quarter hit INR 475,344 million, with net profit at INR 37,940 million.

Q3 FY26: Key Highlights
The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly domestic sales, reaching 564,669 units, compared to 466,993 units in the same quarter of the previous year. This represents an increase of 97,676 units. Total sales, including exports, reached a record 667,769 units. In the same period last year, total sales stood at 566,213 units, including 99,220 units in exports. Net Sales reached INR 475,344 million, up from INR 368,020 million year-over-year. Net Profit for the quarter was reported as INR 37,940 million, compared to INR 36,593 million in Q3FY25. A one-time provision of INR 5,939 million for the New Labour Codes impacted net profit.
9M FY26 Performance
MSIL also reported its highest-ever nine-monthly sales volume, net sales, and net profit for the period of April-December.
9M FY26: Key Highlights
Total sales reached 1,746,504 units, compared to 1,629,631 units in 9MFY25. Domestic sales were 1,435,945 units, with exports totaling 310,559 units. Net Sales registered at INR 1,242,908 million, compared to INR 1,062,589 million in 9MFY25. Net Profit was INR 108,549 million, up from INR 104,403 million in 9MFY25.
Amalgamation Update
Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited (SMG) merged with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) starting December 1, 2025. The amalgamation is effective from April 1, 2025, and financial statements have been restated accordingly.
