The introductory offer is structured around a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, which aims to make ownership more affordable by separating the battery cost. The initial price point starts at ₹10.99 Lakh, followed by a recurring Battery EMI starting at ₹3.99/km. This BaaS price is explicitly noted as excluding all Government statutory levies, such as road tax and insurance.

To support the new EV offering, Maruti Suzuki is providing several key ownership benefits under the “NEXA edge” umbrella:
- Assured Buyback: An assured buyback plan is available, calculated based on running 60% of the vehicle’s capacity after 3 years.
