Marico has announced an update regarding the integration of the business of Apcos Naturals Private Limited (“Apcos”). This integration is proceeding through voluntary liquidation and distribution of Apcos’ business to Marico.
Key Developments
The liquidator has distributed the business undertaking of Apcos to Marico on a going concern basis. A Letter of Distribution was issued on October 1, 2025.
The business undertaking of Apcos is now consolidated with Marico, effective October 1, 2025. The Liquidator will now start the process to get approval from the National Company Law Tribunal for the dissolution of Apcos.
