Management Commentary on Performance and Outlook

Rakesh Verma, Group Chairman & Managing Director, acknowledged that the quarter was financially weak due to seasonality. He cited major investment activity in building Intellectual Properties (IPs) in Navigation Software and HD Maps as a contributing factor.

Despite the quarterly pressures, Mr. Verma expressed confidence, stating that the company still believes its guidance of 35% EBITDA margin will hold on a full-year basis, and anticipates stronger revenue growth in Q4 FY26 compared to Q4 FY25.

Order Book Strength

A key highlight supporting the long-term outlook is the significant increase in the company’s open order book. As of 31st December, 2025, the book has increased to ₹1,770.7 crore, up from ₹1,500 crore as of 31st March, 2025. This provides clear, long-term revenue visibility.
