Capital Expenditure Approval
The Board of Directors has approved a capital expenditure (Capex) plan involving an estimated investment of approximately Rs. 460 crores over the next two to three years. The objective is to enhance manufacturing capacity, invest in new projects, and support infrastructure, technology upgrades, and long-term growth. Funding may be through internal accruals, debt, or equity.
Capex Breakdown
The capital expenditure plan includes the following key projects:
- Forward integration through setting up a manufacturing facility for Cocoa Butter Alternative (CBA) with an input capacity of 75,000 Metric Tons Per Year.
- Setting up a new Solvent Fractionation manufacturing facility for Sal, Shea, Palm, Mango, and other exotic seeds with an input capacity of 75,000 Metric Tons Per Year.
- Setting up a new Refinery manufacturing facility with an input capacity of 90,000 Metric Tons Per Year.
- Backward integration through a processing factory in Burkina Faso with an input capacity of 90,000 Metric Tons Per Year.
