Raj as Whole-time Director for one year, effective March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The meeting, which began at 12:30 P.M., concluded at 03:20 P.M.
Financial Performance Highlights
The Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. These results have been reviewed by the statutory auditors, M/s Kanodia Sanyal & Associates.
Reappointment of Whole-Time Director
Mr. S. P. Raj has been reappointed as the Whole-time Director of the Company for a term of one year, effective from March 31, 2026. This reappointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders. Mr. Raj, aged about 72 years, brings extensive technical experience in the seamless pipe industry and product development, with over four decades in the field. He holds 1200 Equity Shares in the company. The board has affirmed that Mr. Raj is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory order.
Standalone Financial Results (Unaudited)
Total Revenue for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹1,290.06 Crores compared to ₹1,409.54 Crores in Q3 FY25. The Profit before Tax was ₹323.97 Crores, and Net Profit after tax stood at ₹247.16 Crores. The company’s Earnings per Share (EPS) stood at ₹18.44.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the total revenue was ₹3,826.86 Crores, with a profit before tax of ₹800.70 Crores and a net profit after tax of ₹610.63 Crores. Basic/Diluted Earning Per Share Not Annualised stood at ₹45.57.
Consolidated Financial Results (Unaudited)
The consolidated total revenue for Q3 FY26 reached ₹1,290.24 Crores compared to ₹1,409.83 Crores in Q3 FY25. The Profit before Tax was ₹319.46 Crores, and Net Profit after tax stood at ₹242.65 Crores. The company’s Earnings per Share (EPS) stood at ₹18.12.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the consolidated total revenue was ₹3,829.70 Crores, with a profit before tax of ₹788.25 Crores and a net profit after tax of ₹598.18 Crores. Basic/Diluted Earning Per Share Not Annualised stood at ₹44.66.
