Lodha Best Ever Q2 Pre-Sales of INR 45.7 Billion, Up 7% Year-Over-Year

Lodha announced its best-ever Q2 pre-sales, reaching INR 45.7 bn, a 7% increase year-over-year. The company has already achieved its full-year business development goal of INR 250 bn GDV in H1. Q2FY26 PAT increased by 87% to INR 7.9 bn. The company also signed an MOU with the Government of Maharashtra to set up a Green Data Centre Park at Palava.

Exceptional Q2 Performance

Lodha has reported record-breaking pre-sales for Q2 FY26, amounting to INR 45.7 bn, reflecting a 7% increase compared to the previous year. Collections reached INR 34.8 bn (+13% YoY), with revenues from operations at INR 38.0bn (+45% YoY). Adjusted EBITDA stood at INR 13.1 bn (+37% YoY) and PAT reached INR 7.9 bn (+87% YoY).

Business Development and Expansion

Lodha has achieved its full-year business development goal of INR 250 bn GDV in the first half of the year, adding one new project with a GDV of INR 23 bn in Q2FY26.

Strategic Initiatives

The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Maharashtra to establish a Green Data Centre Park at Palava. This park already has two anchor operators, AWS (Amazon Web Services) and STT (a Temasek company), positioning Palava as a leading Data Centre Hub in India with significant scalability.
