Mr. Singh’s appointment is effective from October 27, 2025. He brings over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong background in driving growth and strategic planning. Prior to joining Lodha Developers, he held senior leadership positions at DLF Ltd, where he was Sr. ED (COO, Gurgaon & North), and Godrej Properties, where he served as CEO (East & West Zone).
Amandeep Singh’s Profile
Mr. Singh holds an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Xavier Institute of Management and a BE in Electronics & Telecommunication from the Army Institute of Technology. His career includes a focus on P&L delivery, strategic planning, and institution building across diverse markets, delivering launch readiness for projects valued at ₹25,000 crore spread over 14 mn sq. ft. in Gurgaon and Chandigarh.
