Subject to member approval, Mr. Milan Sadhukhan has been appointed as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a term of 3 years, commencing on January 1, 2026. The board has recognized Mr. Banerjee’s contributions during his tenure.
Leadership Transition
Mr. Abhijit Banerjee has resigned from his role as Managing Director of Linde India. His resignation will be effective from the close of business on December 31, 2025. The Board accepted his resignation and acknowledged his significant contributions to the company.

Mr. Milan Sadhukhan, 50 years old, is a B.Com (Hons.) Graduate, a qualified Chartered Accountant, and a Cost & Management Accountant. He currently holds the position of Head of Finance, ASEAN & South Asia. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Sadhukhan has held various finance roles, including Product Management, Investment Controlling, and Supply-chain management across Asia and the UK.

The Board of Directors expressed sincere appreciation for the contributions of Mr. Abhijit Banerjee during his time as Managing Director, acknowledging his expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to guiding the company through significant milestones and shaping its objectives.
