Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced on March 9, 2026, that it has signed a License Agreement to launch a new property: Lemon Tree Hotel, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. This development strengthens the company’s presence in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, identified as a key commercial and transit hub with growing travel activity.
Property Details and Management
The forthcoming hotel is set to feature 76 well-appointed rooms. Additional facilities will include a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a spa, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Gorakhpur is highlighted as an important regional center known for its cultural significance and connectivity to neighboring states, including the Indo-Nepal border, ensuring steady demand for quality hospitality.
