Lemon Tree Hotels Limited confirmed on March 03, 2026, that it has entered into a License Agreement to develop and manage a new hotel in Hyderabad under the name Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajendranagar. The property will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Hyderabad is recognized as a major hub for technology, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure, attracting significant corporate and MICE travelers. The Rajendranagar location is considered compelling due to its evolving commercial landscape and proximity to key transit points.
Property Specifications and Location Benefits
The forthcoming hotel is set to feature 63 well-appointed rooms, alongside comprehensive guest amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, spa, fitness center, and a swimming pool.
Connectivity is a key advantage: the hotel site is approximately 22 kms (about 32 minutes by road) from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, and about 16 kms (approximately 30 minutes) from Shamshabad Railway Station, ensuring seamless connectivity for travelers.
