Appointment of New Managing Director
Neelendra Singh has been appointed as the Managing Director for a term of 5 years, effective October 1, 2025. He brings over 26 years of leadership experience to the role.
Executive Director and CFO Appointment
Kapil Sharma has been appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for a term of 5 years, effective October 1, 2025. He has been with Lemon Tree Hotels since 2004.
Independent Director Re-appointment
Niten Malhan has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective November 6, 2025.
Appointment of Secretarial Auditors
M/s DPV & Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a term of 5 years, commencing April 1, 2025.
