Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the execution of a Hotel Operating Agreement (HOA) for a new hotel in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, under the brand name ‘Lemon Tree Suites’. The new property will feature 228 well-appointed rooms and suites, including a restaurant, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool and a spa.
