This service is designed to simplify transfers to and from major airports nationwide by focusing on on-time pick-ups and eliminating last-minute cancellations, addressing a key point of friction for travelers.
Booking Details and Incentives
Customers can access the service via the ixigo app or website. Bookings can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. To encourage adoption, first-time cab bookers are eligible for a flat 50% discount up to Rs 200. Returning users benefit from a flat 20% discount up to Rs 100.
The service offers flexibility, including a range of cab types from hatchbacks to luxury vehicles and eco-friendly options. All mandatory charges, such as airport entry charges, tolls, and state taxes, are included in the displayed fare. Furthermore, the service provides 30 minutes of free waiting time and allows free cancellation up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup.
