Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced changes in its senior management, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Koneru Bhavani has been appointed Senior Vice President & Head, Heavy Civil Infrastructure Business, and Mr. P Ramakrishnan has been appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Investor Relations. These changes aim to bolster leadership and strategic direction within key business areas.
New Leadership Appointments
Effective January 1, 2026, Larsen & Toubro welcomes Ms. Koneru Bhavani as the new Senior Vice President & Head of the Heavy Civil Infrastructure Business. Furthermore, Mr. P Ramakrishnan assumes the role of Senior Vice President, overseeing Corporate Accounts, Taxation, and Investor Relations.
Ms. Koneru Bhavani’s Profile
Ms. Bhavani will head the Urban Transit SBG, Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC division. She is a civil engineering graduate with extensive experience spanning 29 years at L&T. Her previous roles include Head of Metros BU, Head Procurement, and Section Head CMPC for Roads, Bridges & Metro Projects.
Mr. P Ramakrishnan’s Profile
Mr. Ramakrishnan, a Chartered Accountant, has been with L&T for 33 years. He will now oversee corporate accounts, taxation, and investor relations. Previously, he served as CFO of L&T Technology Services and Head of Finance & Accounts for the Electronics & Automation division.
