L&T Technology Services Reports 16% YoY Revenue Growth in Q2FY26

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) reported a 16% year-over-year revenue growth in Q2FY26. The company achieved a record high large deal TCV of approximately USD 300 million. Q2 revenue reached ₹2,980 crore, reflecting a 4.0% quarter-over-quarter increase. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹329 crore, also up by 4.1% sequentially. In Q2FY26 (July-September), L&T Technology Services demonstrated strong financial performance:

  • Revenue: ₹29,795 million, up 15.8% year-over-year and 4.0% quarter-over-quarter.
  • USD Revenue: $337.1 million, reflecting a 10.4% year-over-year growth and 1.3% quarter-over-quarter in constant currency terms.
  • EBIT margin: 13.4%.
  • Net profit: ₹3,287 million, a 2.8% year-over-year and 4.1% quarter-over-quarter increase.
  • The board declared an interim dividend of ₹18 per share, with a record date of October 27, 2025.

LTTS emphasized its ‘Go Deeper to Scale’ strategy, noting double-digit annual growth in its Sustainability segment for two consecutive quarters. Key platforms and solutions launched include Qguard.ai, FusionWorld.ai, PLxAI, AiNexus, GENIQ, and TrackEi™™. The company is also deepening its AI-related partnerships with companies like SiMa.ai and NVIDIA, as well as institutions like the MIT Media Lab.
